Mandatory Step: To comply with legal requirements and ensure platform integrity, you must complete eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer) verification through our official CMS partner Audicient before you can upload or distribute music. Audicient collaborates with Pubdish to provide secure music distribution for all artists and labels.

Understanding how and when you get paid
Fair revenue share. Forever.
Pubdish operates on a transparent model. We take a small 10% service fee from your earnings, and you keep 90% of all streaming royalties, download sales, and YouTube Content ID revenue (at 85%).
Note: Streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) take their own fees before paying distributors. These platform fees are industry-standard and not controlled by Pubdish.
Your first payment will be processed 3 months after you begin earning revenue. This initial period allows streaming platforms to report and settle their payments to us.
Example: If you earn your first streams in January, you'll receive your first payment at the end of April.
After your first payment, you'll receive monthly payments at the end of the following month. Revenue earned in one month is paid out at the end of the next month.
Example: Streams earned in May will be paid to you at the end of June.
All royalty payments are sent directly to your PayPal account. Requirements:
Payments are only processed when your balance reaches at least $50 USD. If your earnings are below this threshold, they will roll over to the next payment period until the minimum is reached.
Pubdish reserves the right to withhold payments in the following situations:
If your account is terminated for violations, all outstanding royalties will be forfeited and not paid out.
You are responsible for all taxes on your earnings. Pubdish may be required to report your income to tax authorities based on your location.
We recommend consulting with a tax professional regarding your specific obligations.
Critical rules you must follow to maintain your account
Pubdish maintains a zero-tolerance, one-strike policy for the following violations. A single offense results in immediate permanent account termination and revenue forfeiture:
Uploading music you don't own or don't have proper licenses for
Any music created using AI composition, vocals, or assistance
Bot streams, fake accounts, click farms, or artificial inflation
Fake credentials, false identity, or artist impersonation
No warnings. No appeals. No second chances. Permanent ban + revenue forfeiture.
