Pubdish is a 100% free platform that requires an application and approval process. We maintain high standards to ensure quality content and protect the integrity of our distribution network.
Distribute original music that you own or have legal rights to distribute to streaming platforms and digital stores.
Upload music for which you have obtained proper licenses, clearances, and permissions from all copyright holders.
Collaborate with other artists and labels within the platform's guidelines and maintain professional communication.
Access and use your royalty reports, streaming analytics, and performance data for legitimate business purposes.
Uploading, distributing, or promoting any content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.
One-strike policy: Immediate account termination
Distributing music created or substantially generated by artificial intelligence tools is strictly prohibited. All music must be human-created.
Content promoting violence, hate speech, discrimination, terrorism, illegal activities, or content that violates local or international laws.
Attempting to manipulate streaming numbers, create fake accounts, use bots, or engage in any fraudulent activity that affects platform integrity.
Uploading music with poor audio quality, incorrect metadata, low-resolution artwork (below 3000x3000px), or promotional/watermarked cover art.
Sharing account credentials, accessing other users' accounts without authorization, or attempting to circumvent security measures.
Sending unsolicited communications, spamming other users, harassment, or abusive behavior toward Pubdish staff or community members.
Attempting to manipulate royalty payments, providing false payment information, or engaging in money laundering activities.
You must verify and ensure that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all content you upload.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and immediately notify Pubdish of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of your account information.
Ensure all content meets Pubdish's quality standards, including audio quality, metadata accuracy, and artwork specifications (minimum 3000x3000px).
Comply with all Pubdish policies, including Content Policy, DMCA Policy, Distribution Agreement, and Terms of Service.
Respond promptly to inquiries from Pubdish regarding your content, rights verification, or potential policy violations.
Pubdish reserves the right to monitor, review, and investigate any content or user activity on the platform. We employ both automated systems and manual review processes to ensure compliance with this Policy.
We may take action against accounts that violate this Policy, including but not limited to warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination without prior notice.
Minor violations may result in a written warning and removal of the violating content. Your account will be flagged for monitoring.
Repeated violations or moderate offenses may result in temporary account suspension ranging from 30 to 90 days. All distributions will be paused during suspension.
Serious violations (copyright infringement, fraud, illegal content) result in immediate and permanent account termination.
