Maintain professionalism in all communications with Pubdish staff, fellow artists, labels, and partners. Treat the platform as a business environment.
Show respect for diverse perspectives, musical styles, cultural backgrounds, and creative approaches. Celebrate the diversity of our community.
Provide constructive feedback when appropriate. If you disagree, do so respectfully and offer thoughtful alternatives.
Support fellow artists and labels in their creative journey. Share knowledge, offer encouragement, and celebrate each other's successes.
Present yourself, your work, and your credentials honestly. Authenticity builds trust and strengthens our community.
Respond promptly to official communications from Pubdish. Timely responses help maintain platform efficiency and professionalism.
Honor copyright laws and respect the intellectual property rights of others. Only distribute content you have rights to.
Any form of harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threatening behavior toward other community members is strictly prohibited.
Content or behavior that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Excessive or unsolicited self-promotion, spam messages, or attempts to exploit the platform for commercial gain outside of proper channels.
Spreading misinformation, making false claims about your credentials, or misrepresenting your rights to content.
Pretending to be someone else, including other artists, labels, or Pubdish staff members.
Attempting to manipulate streaming numbers, exploit platform features, or engage in fraudulent activities.
Intentionally disrupting discussions, creating drama, or engaging in trolling behavior that negatively impacts the community.
Sharing private information about others without consent or invading the privacy of community members.
Use professional language, clear subject lines, and respectful tone when contacting Pubdish staff or other community members. Respond to official communications promptly.
When requesting support, provide clear, detailed information about your issue. Be patient and respectful with support staff who are working to assist you.
When collaborating or networking with other artists, maintain professionalism, honor agreements, and communicate clearly to avoid misunderstandings.
Submit music that meets professional audio standards. Poor quality recordings damage the platform's reputation and your own brand.
Cover art represents your music and must meet professional standards.
Provide accurate and complete metadata for all releases.
If you encounter conflicts or disagreements with other community members:
Communicate Directly: Attempt to resolve the issue through respectful, direct communication first.
Remain Professional: Keep discussions civil and focused on resolving the issue, not personal attacks.
Contact Support: If direct resolution fails, contact Pubdish support for mediation and assistance.
Follow Guidelines: Always adhere to these Community Guidelines throughout the resolution process.

Serious violations result in immediate permanent ban with no opportunity for reinstatement.
Includes forfeiture of accumulated royalties and removal of all content.

Impersonating other artists, labels, Pubdish staff, or entities. Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activities.
Excessive self-promotion, spamming other users, or sending unsolicited commercial messages through the platform.
Exploiting others for personal gain, manipulating streaming numbers, or engaging in deceptive practices that harm the community or platform integrity.
Using profane, abusive, or offensive language in communications with community members or Pubdish representatives.
Sharing private or personal information about others without consent, including contact details, addresses, or confidential business information.
Intentionally disrupting platform operations, other users' experiences, or creating unnecessary conflicts within the community.
